HANDS ON COOKING CLASSES
Culinary Institute of America trained, Francine has experience teaching children as young as 5 how to cook. With Francine, children and adults will learn knife skills, measuring, recipe reading, different cooking techniques, kitchen safety and healthy eating. Classes are designed to be fun and instructional, using seasonal ingredients, child friendly utensils and easy to make recipes. Whether in a formal After School Program or at home, Francine can design the right class to inspire you to cook!
